Make sure you stay in the double room with the view of the rooftops.

This place was super clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. 🌟 Had a delicious breakfast that didn't break the bank.

The location is great and lovely, a 10-15 minute walk from Arbroath Museum.

Appreciated the place, it was modern well appointed and absolutely spotless and worked for me. I had brand-new, tastefully decorated rooms with coffee, a hair dryer, and a kettle. I had a freshly cooked breakfast at reasonable prices, the food 

The king room I stayed in had a great view of the rooftops. The breakfast served was fresh and very good. - Check-in was easy and convenient. - The hotel is centrally located, which I enjoyed. - On-site parking is available. 

All in all everything was really good, had a special stay as my last visit. The restaurant was comfortable for dinner and breakfast here, I had outstanding dishes. Its unbeatable, central location was a plus. I liked 

The breakfast was large and freshly cooked with lettuce and a slice of haggis and really good quality bacon. The setting of hotel was particularly good and unbeatable, in easy reach for the theatre.

The hotel was gorgeous and fantastic, yet I stayed for 2 nights only. The room was decent sized and top-class with a window that opened onto the rooftops. I loved it, recommendable.

My favourite property in Arbroath. Gorgeous and immaculately clean place, brilliantly helpful staff on the night shift. Decent location, only a short distance to an artist run gallery. Appreciated very very nice area. The restaurant was clean, 

The location was great for our visit to the Signal Tower Museum, which was very close to where we stayed.

Particularly good and perfect location in centre of town, great facilities. Also - near other attractions as well as the theatre. Good modern and well priced room with convenient decor.

During my recent stay at The Townhouse, I was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The towels were changed daily, ensuring a fresh experience each day. The location was excellent, with shops and the harbor just a short walk 

This place is the perfect home base for exploring some must-see attractions nearby.
